1. REFUNDS & SATISFACTION
I acknowledge that by availing myself of the services provided by Nails in Bloom, I am expressly agreeing not to request a refund from Nails in Bloom after receiving the services. This includes instances where I have changed my mind or am dissatisfied with the results of the nail, manicure, or pedicure services. Recognising the time and product invested by the Nail Technician, I believe in their ongoing support to rectify valid concerns at the time of the appointment. I am aware that once the service is provided, it is non-refundable.
2. CANCELLATIONS, LATENESS & NO-SHOWS
I understand that Nails in Bloom operates on a scheduled appointment basis.
- Cancellations: I agree to provide at least [24 hours] notice if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I understand that failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of my deposit or a cancellation fee.
- Lateness: I understand that if I arrive more than [15 minutes] late, my appointment may need to be shortened to prevent delays for other clients, or rescheduled entirely. In such cases, the full service fee may still apply.
- No-Shows: I acknowledge that failing to show up for an appointment without notice may prevent me from booking future services with Nails in Bloom.
3. PAYMENT
I agree that full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. I understand the payment methods accepted by the Nail Technician and agree to settle the balance before leaving the premises.
4. MEDICAL & ALLERGY WAIVER
I affirm that I have been given the option of a patch test for my treatments. Even if a patch test was not offered or requested, I choose to proceed with the treatments and assume full responsibility for any consequences. I acknowledge that information about treatment reactions and sensitivities has been provided by the Nail Technician. I accept the potential risks, including swelling, irritation, and redness inherent to cosmetic products.
In the event of any adverse reactions, I agree to return to Nails in Bloom for professional product removal and not attempt removal on my own. I expressly absolve the Nail Technician and Nails in Bloom from any responsibility in the case of reactions, including those listed above or any other unforeseen reactions.
5. AFTERCARE & MAINTENANCE
Recognising my responsibility for the care of my hands and nails, I understand that I cannot compel Nails in Bloom to redo or refund any services if I choose to pull, peel, bite, or accidentally damage my nails. I understand the importance of refraining from actions that could damage my nail enhancements and jeopardize the health of my natural nails.
6. NAIL INTEGRITY & HEALTH
I understand the obligation to inform the Nail Technician about any medical conditions, diabetes, fungal infections, allergies, bruises, or open wounds before the commencement of services.
Acknowledging that extending my natural nails significantly beyond their bed length may impact their structural integrity, I understand the potential consequences, such as breakage, peeling, and lifting. In such cases, I absolve the Nail Technician and Nails in Bloom of any responsibility.
7. CONSENT
By scheduling an appointment with Nails in Bloom, I automatically grant consent for nail and treatment services for myself and my children under 18 years old. I affirm that I am in good overall health and mental clarity to comprehend the contents of this agreement.
